Yes you can order online.


Do I have to set up a Trading Account to be able to order online?

No. You don't need a trading account with us to be able to order online.

 

What ways can I pay?

Paypal, Direct to Bank, DPS (Credit Card)

 

I am in Auckland, can you freight this to me?

 YES. We send freight Nationwide.

 

Where can you send to?

We send Nationwide.  We have sent bearings and engineering tools to the following places... Invercargill, Dunedin, Queenstown, Wanaka, Oamaru, Timaru, Ashburton, Christchurch, Canterbury, Greymouth, Westport, Tasman, Nelson, Motueka, Blenheim, Picton are a few of the South Island locations we have sent to.
Wellington, Hutt, Masterton, Levin, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Hastings, New Plymouth, Gisbourne, Rotorua, Taupo, Hamilton, Tauranga, Auckland, Whangarei, Kaitaia are a few of the North Island locations we have sent to. 


Can I cancel an order I have made?

Yes you can cancel an order you have made as long as It has not been dispatched, or is not a procurement item.

 

Can I Return an order or incorrect product I have ordered?

Yes you can as long as Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with prior approval of Bearing & Engineering Supplies Ltd. Proof of purchase is required with a copy of the original invoice.
Returned goods must be returned in 14 days and in new condition and in unopened packaging unless agreed by the seller. The seller reserves the right to apply 20% restocking fee to any goods returned.


What do I do if I have a faulty product?

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at sales@bandes.co.nz
